For Christian leaders in any field, God’s word is our compass and true-north. Learning to understand and apply God’s word to our personal and leadership lives is critical)
Old/New Testament Research: an overview study of the old/new testament, overview of each book of the Old/ New Testament: author, time period written themes and messages of each book.
Doctrines: studying open handed and closed handed values of Christianity
Biblical Character Research: in-depth study of the life of Four Biblical Characters Moses, David, Paul, Jesus
Biblical Research: “its all about interpretation” learn how to properly interpret scripture for personal application and instructing others effectively
The Defense for your Faith: How to defend and live your faith in a post modern world; understanding the different religions in our world today.
Worship Development: Worship Development is designed to grow your spiritual and technical understanding of worship. We will answer the questions what is biblical and orderly worship? and What is the purpose of praise? students will explore these subjects and more through biblical research, music theory, and writing and creating original worship.
Leadership Development:
(Leadership Development: The world we live in has a massive “effective leadership void”. Many of our courses focus on both personal leadership and corporate/team leadership. Leadership development is something that will enhance every area of your life and purpose.)
Leadership Instruction: Defining leadership and developing an understanding of what is a leader, what makes a leader, developing concepts of team and team building.
Formation Experience: A core piece of our program is the powerful combination of the academics with a practical hands-on learning environment. All of our students engage in some form of internship that allows you to quickly apply what your learning in the classroom in a practical environment. To many people graduate from educational institutions that focus on mainly theories, but we do not just teach practical leadership we give you the opportunity to practice it!

(Personal Development): A Leaders true effectiveness starts at the core of who they are. Learning who you are and developing that confidence in Christ and personal awareness will ensure your success is not momentary but leaves a legacy for generations to come.)
Personal Communication: Develop the skills necessary to communicate well in your relationship, marriage and teams. How to confront, work through and resolve conflict and well as wants and needs with a health process of communication.
Public Communication: Develop the skills to speak clear, concise and to the point: Whether you’re giving a speech, debate, sermon, teaching or sharing vision with a team. Public speaking is a skill leaders need to build successfully
Personal Finances: Understanding the stewardship in managing and budgeting personal finances
Organization Development: Developing the skills to organize your life for success; organize your schedule, time, thoughts, tasks and priorities
Health & Fitness: a life of devotion is not only Spiritually healthy but Physically healthy as well, learn to live a healthy lifestyle through exercise with our personal trainer and proper nutrition.
