Graduating from Messenger College 6 years ago Steve & Rhea are the Impact NorthWest PCG Youth Directors and Formation NW Student Life Directors. Steve and Rhea have been equipping youth pastors and young leaders in the North West for the past 5 years and are continuing the mission to Inspire and Equip a Generation.

Tyler Minton Pastors 20 something, the young adult ministry at Capital Christian. As a graduate from the Champion Centre College in Tacoma, Tyler has developed a passion to teach. Certified in communication and counseling coupled with a love for the word and people, Tyler is motivated to help people live healthy lives in community with God and each other.

Trish is a Wife, Mother, Business owner college graduate and the Worship Pastor at Capital Christian. Leading our worship modular, Trish has a heart to develop and coach people in the art of worship. Trish has a holistic approach to developing worshipers;l training in music, song writing, atmosphere, team building and the heart.
